This section of the portfolio shows general contracting and remodeling performed by C.S.W. Power Solutions. Finished work reads first: a stone-tiled walk-in shower with a glass panel beside a freestanding soaking tub, a marble-tiled wet room with a freestanding tub between twin glass showers, and completed cedar privacy fencing run around mature trees in cleared yards. Below those are process frames, labelled work in progress rather than presented as results, including a kitchen with cabinetry, counters and tile backsplash in place while floor protection is still down, bare stud framing with plumbing and electrical rough-in run through the bays, interior stud framing with supply lines and conduit before wall board, and an interior strip-out with finishes removed back to framing and subfloor. Those demolition and framing photographs are included deliberately: on a remodel the framing and rough-in stage is where the schedule and the budget are actually decided, and a contractor who will not show that stage is showing you only the easy half of the job. Custom cabinetry is a sub-division of this work and has its own section, because it is built in house rather than ordered in from a supplier. Because C.S.W. self-performs electrical, plumbing and HVAC under one licensed roof, a remodel does not need separate trade contracts for the panel, the supply lines or the equipment, and the trades do not have to be scheduled against each other.
